It takes a lot of integrity for a guy to say I love you. He surely means it. Calling someone honey or other nicknames is their way of implying they're proud to have you as a form of ownership.

First think about his behaviour.if he is a funny guy then sometimes what he said was just for a joke.but if he is a serious or normal guy it is true.don't just look at the answers first realy think about him.ie what is he.if he is an indian probably what he said must be true.
wish u all the best

You have to always measure his words with his actions and deeds concerning you. If he takes care of you and hurts when you are hurting, and considers your feelings importantly... then Yes he does mean it when he says I love you. If he treats you badly, neglects you, and always put others above you then he is just playing you to use you when he says "I love you"... It is easy to figure out using this equation.

Does he SHOW you that he loves you, misses you? You can tell if he's serious or not by his actions, not his words. Words can be misleading. Actions tell more the real story. If his actions and his words match up, he's likely being sincere.

action speaks louder than words.....i believe if a person loves u it shows even if he never tells u that he loves u, u have to feel it in ur heart that he loves u, misses u and cares bout u, if u can feel his love, he loves u, so ask urself

Well honey, let's give it a whirl here, OK?
Here goes (clearing my throat): "I Love You n_n".
"I miss you n_n".
Okay....chill a sec....now: did you feel anything hearing that from me? Did I resonate any sincerity there?
