i want to make c bigger and d smaller how do i do that without spending money

You have to use partition manager to resize it. Or you'll destroy the data. The utility I know that simple but very powerfull is Partition Magic. Its not free but worth to buy.

you can't really, you need a partition manager and they cost money! there are some freeware programs out there you might try, just google freeware downloads... I didn't know it until recently but my Fis-it Utilities Pro and Sys Mechanic Pro both have a partition manager on them!! of course you have to buy them!!

I know of a program named "Partition Magic". I'm not sure if you need to purchase a licence, it may be worth a look.

You can use Redistribute free space wizard, hte component of paragon's partition manager (www.partition-manager.com). Though the programm is not free (it costs $50), there're free special edition, you can download it here:
