If we are going to be pedantic, then you will find that red and blue are not primary colors either so it would be cyan, magenta and yellow BUT, seeing as when we set colours in HTML and code (vb, c#, c++, java, php etc ...) we use hexadecimal values to indicate the amount of Red, Green and Blue used to set the colour, then this is the three colours you are looking for !
