I had a very bad experience with Zoloft. But... after a lot of trial and error I've gotten on the right meds. Just remember to keep an open dialog with your doctor. You don't have to take a particular medicine just because it's the first one they gave you. There are so many choices out there and you need to find the one that works best for you with the fewest side-effects. If you don't like the way you feel on Zoloft, talk to the doctor and maybe you'll change dosages or medicines. There are meds that pick you up and meds that chill you out, there are all kinds of options. Just remember, the idea is to try and reach a state of normalcy for you, where you can live happily.

I take only 50mg but I am starting to get my panic attacks back agian after taking the 50mg for over a year I am thinking it is time to switch medications or possibly even get a larger dose.
The only side effects I ever had with this medication was loosing weight. I also have noticed if I miss taking a pill for 2 or more days I become on edge and very dizzy to where I can almost not even walk. It is strange and not a very cool feeling.
I basically LOVE Zoloft it has been my savor in alot of differnt ways! I am able to get out and do more and be the amazing person I once was without my attacks!! It will truly help you out alot, and if you are really concerned about the pains in your head contact your Dr.

Personally - Zoloft is great for me. 50m was not enough and 150 mg made ma like a zombie so ahve been on a maintenance dose of 100mg daily for a year now. My anxiety has mostly gone and apart from weight loss and some headaches I don't really suffer from any side effects.
I have never heard of that feeling as a side effect but we all react differently. Check the leaflet that comes with the meds and see your GP if you're worried.

Zoloft was good for me, especially socially.. I started going out into town and doing a lot of things I'd avoided for a long time.
Unfortunately things didn't stay like that and it lost its effect after awhile.
I'd recommend seeing your doctor about the pain, I don't recognise it as being a side effect, it could have another cause.

I`ve tried Zoloft, I did not agree with me. I had severe migraines that would drop my blood pressure, I also found that I had a lot of gastro side effects as well.

I was on Zoloft for years for anxiety, and they started me out on 50 mg, but it wasn't enough. I did better when I was on 150-200 mg. I went to the doctor and he gave me a perscription for it.

I tried it for a while, but got no results. The good part was that I had no side effects either.

It's terrible. I couldn't handle the side effects. I couldn't see straight & I felt like I was floating & I couldn't walk good. I took myself off it. I rather be depressed then deal w/ side effects like that.
