This one girl that I am dating told me that she didn’t want me to date other people. I told her that I didn’t want her to date other people too. Are we considered “boyfriend and girlfriend?” or are we still dating partners? She says she is waiting tell this one guy that she doesn’t have feelings for him but she doesn’t have the heart to reject him since he has feelings for her. She told me that she really likes me. But he is in the way. Know what I mean… this is so complicated.

Double standards are not an excuse for her to demand exclusive devotion from you if she can't give the same back. Date who you want. You're a relatively free man.

I think you need to look at this situation for what it is.. you both like each other but she has a little extra baggage there. If this is bothering you... let her know this and maybe the two of can come to agreement as to letting her get her situation settled before to the two of you come together. You have to think about your heart as well.

If neither of you are not dating other people, that would classify you as a couple. She needs to stop wasting this other guys time and tell him she has a boyfriend now.

The only way to really KNOW is to ASK HER. Find out if you are “boyfriend and girlfriend" and then at least, you will know where you stand! Otherwise, it's still a case of 'fair game' and you don't want that.

Yes it is, the human feeling are so complex you couldn't play with it but you should but on it some border,hurting someone is not my nature but my advice to you to tell her that she need to but a border to this stuff, maybe by breaking up with him have a good day and i hope that it will be easy on you or the other one make her to decide you or him.

Sounds like she is using you to make him jealous. It is real simple to just reject him. You could always say something to get the point across to that guy as well.

If she likes you she should tell him. plain and simple. otherwise it sounds like she's stringing you both a long.. I'm a girl.. I know how this works.. Tell her to dump the guy or you should just date around before your feelings get hurt
