been to 2 or 3 seders(the ceremonial passover meal) every year since... well, ever.
turkey or roast is "standard" with normal turkey-type accoutrements, generally the bread-ish parts replaced with mazo. which suprisingly works very well once you learn to adapt it.
hard boiled eggs, Gefilte Fish are some of the less standard things.
there are a few special things that are made or eaten that aren't normal, but part of the ceremony of it. one of which is a mixture of apples and nuts and sweet things like that.
