Yes Good Question.
I spent a long time too thinking about this and Why means you are almost at an answer.
I believe everything is so that God can become more knowledgable,
He learns from us. He undoubtably has tremendous knowledge already but we are hos tools finding out new stuff all the time.
Thats why we are here.Thats why there has to be all the suffering and chanlenges..to stimulate learning and discovery.

Here it is, you wont believe at first but if you check it out you will find it! Its all about Jesus and how he came and died for humanity and the father in heaven sent him to clean up the mess the devil made earlier in the garden of Eden, Now this has to do with you and me right now, How you ask? Because Jesus came and died that whoever believes God raised him from the dead will have eternal life and receive his HOLY SPIRIT right now and get blessed the rest of your days before we die. This is Gods requirement that each is born of woman and has to walk thought this life and choose his spirit or the worlds and the worlds is the devils! So God knows who has got his spirit, and that's what you need right now, it is found in john 3 and acts 2, ask in Jesus name and then go read your bible, start in John and read to the end and pay close attention to what Jesus is talking about, he is giving the keys to life and the power of the spirit for us now, it is secret knowledge, go read and see, that's what it is all about, but that's just the beginning.!!!!ps. if you die without the holy spirit you go to hell, that's how you get into hell, you reject his gift of grace and mercy and his living spirit your hole life and you get to go straight to the pit! Because you did not choose God while you had the chance!
