"Come Off It" - is colloquial rather than slang; it is usually used in response to a statement thought to be unbelievable or unlikely.

For example, if someone says: "I went to the moon for the day yesterday" - you might reply, "Come off it, no one goes to the moon just for the day"

As it invariably implies cynicism, its use for business purposes is probably best avoided.

I have heard it used in relation to - get off your high horse. I think it's more slang between friends that in a business situation.
Bob - "I did my taxes and made 150k, and got 10k back from the IRS. How did you do Tim?

Tim - "Come off it all ready, you know I only make $8 an hour. Dont talk to me about how much you make."
