i don't even use lipsgloss or any other thing but i lick and chew them

hey, the same(exactly same) thing happened to me when i was in secondary school!!
you are right,,,the main reason behind this is your habit of chewing lips....just avoid it!!
apply lots n lots of petroleum jelly to your lips. u may use a good lip balm or ointment!! it works really well!!
but remember the main thing,control that habit!!

Use vaseline lip guard in the morning and night before going to sleep with slight massage. That will give best result.

if u r a smoker, then stop that. apply butter/ghee 5-6 times to u r lips a day. good results by one week. all the best.

are you a smoker? if not it is fine. Darkening and splitting of lips are common symptoms, due to dry weather and lack of lubricating coat on lips. Apply good quality White petroleum jelly. Do not spread saliva from your tongue. Drink sufficient water.

stop licking and messing with them! put some cream on it..anything u can put on your face. if you keep on doing that, they will start peeling and hurting. you might even get a dark spot above your lip so it looks like a mustache. trust me you do NOT want that mustache.

u just need to apply some olive oil prefferably 'rafael salgado'
but i dont think v get dat in india...
aply some vaseline gel over the dry part it will get its colour back..trust me its my xperience.

vaseline/lip balm and drink more fluids/water less salt might help too until they have healed..
