Friendship or relationship? Not necessarily. It depends on the people involved.

No, sex doesn't ruin anything...it's just sex. The attitude of the participants involved cause the downfall of a perfectly good relationship, not a simple act of pleasure. What difference does it make whether it's the second or the 17th? When you feel comfortable with that person, you'll know what to do; stop worrying about societal pressures. It's usually just BS...

Yup!!! Having grown up during the era of "Free Love" I can certainly tell you that times have changed in that dept! If you want a real relationship with someone, then you get to know them for a while first. Do they deserve the gift of your body? Can you trust them? Do they respect themselves and you?
If you want sex for the sake of having sex, then go ahead and do that. But trying to fit a meaningful relationship into something that is based on sex usually doesn't work. And having sex on the second date says "I'll do this with anybody, any time!" And then, you've lost your mystique!

I think I might be an exception to the rule - but I slept with my husband on the first date...and we've been together for 4 years and married for 4 months with a 2 year old daughter.
How it will pan out after you have sex is dependant on how you both view the act and how emotionally attached you become to the men you sleep with - which means it will change from person to person.

NO ! Not at all, It would only make your love more stronger in true sense. Its your mental and moral attitude that had to be made more stable to nourish your love for growth and your future growth.
It has given a chance to think deeper and go beyond sex. You have to visualise further, once a girl has given you the most important thing of her life to full fill your mental and body need you should respect and every effort should be made to keep her happy, under stand and feel her sensation with love.

Well, if you're a girl it makes you a s1ut. Since you're asking about friendship I'll assume you're a girl.
I'm not trying to be mean, but understand that people will look at it that way. I know that there are some fast talkers out there and it's really easy to let things go too far, but 2nd date is beyond too easy.

yes because sex is the ultimate thing you can do. Once that's over with, there will be nothing else to fall back on because it happened the 2nd time you saw each other. But if its a super duper love, then you'll never be friends, because no matter what, you'll always want that person for more than just a friend.

If you just recently met her...trust me when I say its more fun if you wait and "build up" the tension more. Plus, you will lose respect for the girl if you sleep with her so soon. Wait a little longer.
