I need a video player capable of runnng DMV files?

It was downloaded from a mobile fone but nothing I have on the PC runs it...HELLLLPPP!!!!

Simply you can rename the file with .MPG extension and play it in any player that will handle MPEG-1 files. Normally MPEG-1 files can be played on Windows Media Player.
