It all depends what you seek in life.
For long term relationship, it requires commitment. If one treasures love, trust, maturity, sincerity, fidelity, etc, then they would be more suited for this. Also you will have companionship in your old age.
For short term relationship, it doesn't need much effort as in the long term one.
So it depends what you seek

Depends on the person. After my divorce I in no way wanted a long term relationship. I wanted to look around at what I had missed. I dated umm a few but finally made a choice to date only one and we have been together going on 6 years and married.

That is not a girls or boys thing. If things don't work out for what ever reason. People in todays world tend to walk away much faster from a relationship then they used to in the past.

depends on the girl. but i think most gals dream of a long term. doesnt always turn out that way. I even think Cinderella went back to sweeping ashes and getting fat with babies and Prince Charming added a few women to wash his horse. peace
