i have a bump on the back of my tougue?

yeah i have it...is on the very back of my tougue...and when i touch it spell bad.....and when i drink something sweet or sour it gets worse....i throw up almost everyday because of that....i had this for like year....but just today i got to feel it....please help me....where should i go and what do i do.....i wanna stop the throwing up.....cause it happens everyday....please help
