It means, that she wants you to respond. Now, how you do that is by seeing if perhaps you could offer her a glass of pop, or to refresh the one she's got. That opens the door to the beginning of a nice respectful friendship. Then through COMMUNICATION and not just flirtatious looks, you'll see if it means "anything". Good luck.

yea man. she likes what she sees and u should go and pursue it. when a girl stares at u that means she is showing some type of interest in you. women show more of their feelings through body language.
