Recently I've began losing hair in clumps and lots of strands at once.
I hardly blow-dry it and always use shampoo and conditioner when washing.
I have very fine hair already.
What's happening and how can I prevent it?

its more than likely stress or hormones. if your hair is coming out from the root/scalp this has nothing to do with dyeing it or blow drying it. its something inside your body. try to relax, eat your b-vitamins and massage the scalp often to stimulate the har follicle.
you wont go bald i swear, its just a phase that will pass.
also your medication has a big effect on your hair so rule this out too, i dont know how old you are but polycystic ovaries and thyroid problems play a big part.

I sometimes have the same problems when I go in the shower Lots Of hair comes out So I figured I would Just wash my hair and straighten it and Not wash it for a few more days, So try not to wash your hair TOO Much because constant washing makes hair come out in clumps so Just wash your Hair about Once or Twice a week and Not Everyday..

Are you on any medication or birthcontrol? That may be causing it. Go to the doctor and have them check your blood to make sure everything is okay. Loosing hair maybe an underlining cause for something else.

Take multivitamins also and at whole foods there is a hair, skin and nails suppliment you can take, that should help. But still, see the doc.

Is there any chance you could have been pregnant? Many women miscarry early on and don't know it, which causes hair to fall out in clumps. Also, it could be a nutritional deficiency or even that you are using the wrong brush. I'd try talking to a hairstylist and a doctor to be sure.

R u stressed out? Have you recently dyed or highlighted your hair? Both these things can cause hair damage. If not I would definitely see a doctor immediately.
