You have the legal right to quiet. Knock on their door and ask them to keep it down, if they don't and you live in complex with a building superviser complain to them. Otherwise call the police. It's YOUR RIGHT to have peace and quiet at that time of night, don't let them infringe on it!

In the UK call your local environmental health people from the council, they usually have a mobile service. They are allowed to deal with noise pollution issues, they will often ask if you've tried to sort this situation out first. Perhaps a note through the door. It can take the service an hour or so to get to you though and this might cause the relationship to breakdown further.
If the noise is disturbing not just your house but everyone else in the street and could be considered a public nuisance, call your LOCAL police station. They will usually come within an hour or so (longer on busy weekend nights).

white noise always worked in appartment living. Do you have a fan, turn it on high facing the wall if too cold, thenjust try to imagine what it sounds like, out like that!!
or, deal with the neighbors now........if not now you certainly should in the morning, while they are trying to sleep!!

Deal with it tonight, but get up early and blast your music in the morning. Asking them to stop will most likely make things worse.

Go to CVS and get earplugs. My neighbors sometimes like to play loud Reggaeton in the morning and it's so annoying so I bought a pack of earplugs and I sleep like a baby.

OK, in the following order, this is what you should do:
1, Kock and tell 'em to BE QUIET. Make sure they know that if they're not quiet ull call the cops
2. If they're not quiet, call the cops
3. If, in the unlikely situation the cops dont come or they dont stay quiet, USE SOME EARMUFFS!!!

Next time this happens, do this:
They do not let you sleep. Do not get stressed, decide that you will not sleep this night. But, when the neighbours stop their music and TV., as soon as you understand that they fell asleep, call them on the phone and tell them how much you enjoyed their taste on music and ask them to do it again. Call them again in half an hour. Do not let them sleep by expressing your enthusiasm about the happy hours they offered you.
You lost your sleep, make them lose it too. But, be veeeeery sweet and polite and enthusiastic about their taste.

ARe you absolutely serious, or are you kidding?
that is absurd!!
That is unreasonable. The police.....is the only answer...if they think that, that is ok....you have done nothing wrong with calling for help. YOu are working, study..and doing what needs to be done during the day..and at night all you want is a good nights rest....your body deserves that...But if it's a one off thing...then let it gooo...maybe they are celebrating citizenship...who knows....It's a judegment call...!!! You call..what is fair!!!

I think you will have to become a night OWL and work at that time!
Just kidding. There is a way out.
I have realized that if you IGNORE the noise it stops bugging you. As soon as it bugs you, it disturbs you. So first, just relax. It goes into the background soon.
If you switch on your own music. soft in your own ears. put it on sleep mode soo it switches itself off.
Wish you a good night's sleep.
