Okay, I just answered this question for someone else.

Here's my answer:

Okay, what you need to do to see results in how your clothes fit you is simply this. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so no matter what the scale says, the only thing you need to do is build muscle. It will burn fat..which in result, makes you a lot healthier.

What I did was cut meat out of my diet & lifestyle. Vegetarian foods are loaded with proteins, low calories, low fat and low carbs. But if you can not do that, limit what you put inside your body and work out atleast 30minutes, ONE hour before you eat breakfast. This will rev up your metabolism and help burn that unwanted fat...making muscle... because you do not want to lose all of that weight and have a ton of loose skin. I personally think that's a little ugly. ;) I found THE BEAN and some risistance bands (both you can get from Wal-Mart totally about $70 USD with Tax) are the best for toning up the muscle and some cardio will help boosting your heartrate.

Make a food journal... Write down what you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. =) ALWAYS read the labels of food you consume. Limit fast food. Drink atleast 8 cups of water a day.. It helps flush your system of toxins...and stuff.

It is proven that people who eat smaller meals a lot through the day, burn fat and calories. Here is what you need to do...

After you work out, wait one hour and then eat a low calorie breakfast (that is less that 250 calories).

2 hours later, have a low calorie snack with water.

2 hours later, have lunch. It needs to be 300 calories or less... and make sure you don't have a lot of sugars..so stick to fruits, vegetables and whole wheat. ;)

2 hours later, have another snack... again, let it be under 100 calories.

2 hours later, have dinner. It needs to be under 450 calories.

With this, you will lose weight and look and feel great. It works for me and I am confident it will work for you. Good luck on your journey to a newer and healthier you. <3

You can break down your meals into 5 to 6 small ones. Avoid simple carbs such as sugar and eat complex carbs like oats or wholewheat bread cause they fill you up longer. Eating every 3 hours also helps to keep your metabolism going. Exercise is also important. Remember what you put in is what you get out. If you're going to exercise regularly everyday but eat all the wrong foods you will not lose much weight. Likewise if you diet without exercise the results won't last.

Remember to lose weight you need to burn more calories that what you put in. This should be done by combining healthy eating with good exercise.

Solution : Take only alkaline food and you need not starved.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

I joined Weight Watchers and am on the Flex Plan. You can join online and do not have to go to the meetings. Cost about $17 monthly. You can eat virtually anything as long as you stay within your points. Then you exercise and drink lots of water. I have lost 20lbs since Jan. Fast weight loss isn't the way to go. Try WW it works and you DON'T starve. Good Luck.

if you starve yourself the weight will come back as soon as you start eating normally again.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

do something that will increase your metabolism, get your heart pumping, and flush out your toxins. work out even if its just a little every day. change over and only drink water. cut down on your carbohydrates. do little things like 3 times a week replace a big meal with a vegetable centered meal. change the way you snack. instead of cookies, a banana.

Watch what you eat and exercise. Exercise every other day if you hate exercising. Just walk around the block or local park if anything at all. Go to GMC (that pill place) and buy some pills that decrease ur appetite.
