find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

Diet and exercise are pretty much the only healthy ways, if you can't exercise alot, try to eat healthier. you could exercise for an hour but if you eat really bad, then your exercise was worth pretty much nothing. When you snack, try to find healthy things that are low in fat grams. Eat a lot of fruit and definitely drink a lot of water. i hear it fills you up and helps clean out your body. don't eat alot of fast food because things can get up to 100 grams of fat which is really bad for you, you don't have to majorly go on dieting, but just watch what you eat.

I would question your line of work then, if exercising is not part of your day. If you are too busy for it and just into making the cash, then you might not live long enough to see that yacht of yours, or that BMW.

Please consider exercising, that is the only healthful way of being fit......those pills only mess up your body.

By the way, being fit doesn't mean you have great muscle definition, it just means your body has the chance of fighting off diseases or viruses when its exposed to them.

If you do crunches and stuff for thighs......the muscle will help make things look compact...but the fat will still be there.

I smoke and walk whenever possible.
