dual 4 then get a 2 channel amp that is 300 watts per ch rms(soundstorm 700.2sl) $140

If you have the dual 4-ohm version of the L7, I'd suggest this Alpine amplifier:

http://www.amazon.com/Alpine-MRD-M605-Class-Mono-Amplifier/dp/tech-data/B00081F84Y/ref=de_a_smtd/103-5304509-5739807

It's rated for 600 watts into 2 ohms (CEA-2006 compliant), includes a subsonic filter (a must if you have a ported box) and the built-in low-pass crossover can be set for a 24dB/octave slope. Many amps come with a preset 12dB/octave low-pass crossover, but for subwoofers you'd usually want a steeper slope.

If you have a dual 2-ohm subwoofer, then check out this amp:

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-xOHRww8DSNv/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=120&I=113KACX20

It's rated for 520 watts into 4 ohms, is CEA-2006 compliant, has the subsonic filter and the steeper crossover.
