To tell you the truth! From first hand expierence! Its a bad descion, Because if it dosen't work out it endsup being an awkward situation when you guys work together!Not a good feeling!!

you make your own decision. But you must prepare for consequences. That co-worker is single or married? If married and you still tempted, mentally prepare to have more issues surface. If single, make sure to differentiate personal and office matters, so that less impact on career paths.

People will definitely start to notice and start to talk. If you're ready to accept all the downside that could come with it, if you think it would be worth it, then sure - go for it.
