At only 114 lbs., You definitely don't need to Starve Yourself. But, You must have some overwhelming Urge to stay Rail-Thin.Okay, here's what to do. Try Morningstar Veggie Burgers, and other Food, such as Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, Smart Balance, and other Super Low Calorie Frozen Food. Look out for High Sodium though. Try to keep it down to 500 mg. or less per Serving. Also, Drink lots of Diet Green Tea, and Sugar Free Apple Juice. And load up on Ice. Pack Your Glass with as much Ice as possible before You pour Your Drink into it.And Consume the Ice. This will Accelerate Your Metabolic Rate, since Your Body will have to overcome the Cold of the Drink and the Ice. I lost over 40 lbs. doing this. You don't need to lose Weight, but, by using this Lo-Cal Plan, You won't have any Reason to feel Guilty about eating, and will therefore have no reason to be Bulimic. I was bulimic for off an on for 30 years. What people who have never had an eating disorder have problems understanding is that it is saying stop is not as easy as one would think. For me it was all about controlling my weight as a very short woman it took very little to make me gain weight. But I will say that there have been times I would make myself puke with the thinking if I can't control my situation this is something I can control.
I never felt worthy unless my weight was down. If I gained weight then my self esteem went non-existent. I messed up my metabolism so bad that to lose one pound I had to starve myself. But 3 years ago for me I found the perfect way to end this disorder that was killing me.
I now do low carb. I lost 50 pounds and have been able to keep the weight off and have not "made" myself vomit in all these 3 years. I do not have too as finally I have control over my eating and my eating does not control me. I follow the Atkins plan and as long as I eat legal foods I don't worry about anything. According to my Doctor I am very healthy.
I am not suggesting you do low carb but what I feel is that you need to find your way to control food instead of it controlling you. Often an eating disorder is a secret and one never shares this. I know I kept is secret for years.
Do you see my avatar? I was bulimic darlin! Do you see that I have dental implants? Why do you suppose I do not have my own teeth anymore? The acid ruined my teeth and will do the same for you. Plus you can burst blood vessels in your stomach or throat. There is more too vomiting than just ridding one of their food.
Talk to someone you trust and find out why you feel the necessity to do this? What issues in your life besides weight are you feeling out of control with? Of course for 30 years my issues changed as I aged. I am very happy. More happy than I have been in all my life because I found my woe or way of eating that works for me. Please find yours.

I understand that you do not want to tell your parents, but if you don't do something about your eating disorder it will just get worst. I'm sure there are numerous clinics in your area that will be more than happy to help you out. I applaud you for recognizing your disorder and wanting to something about it. My honest suggestion would be to find a support group and enroll immediately. Good luck and I hope you find your solution right away...

I had excercise bulimia for five years. The main reason I didn't seek help was because I was teriffied that if I got help for the problem that I would gain weight. Ironically it was only after getting help that I actually LOST weight! I lost it healthily, and I don't feel obsessed with food the way I once was.
When I told my Mum, we simply prayed about it, and I gave it back to God. I kept praying and slowly the way I looked at food changed. It saved me, and I know He can save you too! After all the Lord says, "My grace is sufficient for you, my strength is made perfect in weakness." Ask Him, He's waiting for you.

You should see a certified DR about this type of illness. As much as it seems difficult to tell your parents, Im sure that in the big picture they will support you and not punish you for asking their help. You have an illness that is very serious, dont die, or become progressively sicker because you are afraid to get help...Good luck... everything will be fine after you get help

Please see your doctor for help. They will not tell your parents - they are not allowed to.
I don't know if there is anyway you can treat this by yourself - you need support and advice on healthy dieting. Your doctor may even suggest some counselling.
One thing is for sure - you are NOT fat - no matter what height you are. I am 119lb but i am vertically challenged! and there is no way you would describe me as fat. You are seeing fat that does not exist.
Please, please seek help before you make yourself really really ill, you have your whole life ahead of you and time is such a precious thing.

I've never really gotten bulimia. You eat, you eat. Don't purge it out. Quit binging and you don't have to feel guilty and gag it out, and tell yourself you aren't fat. That's all.
