I am tall and slim, but i have a round jiggly bum. When i walk or run it wiggles around alot. this can be embarrasing sometimes. what can i wear to hide this?

Don't be embarrassed and don't try to hide it. Be proud of what you have, you have no idea how many erections you are causing.

I'm guessing that your female Lisa.

So 1st go to the store and pick up a couple of pantie girdles to ware anytime you will be working out or really want to show off your fanny. It's kind of like a bra for your bum.

You should also looking to creams that improve the collagen in your skin, and pamper the skin that you want to firm up.

Then the hard part, do exercises for your bum. Things like a stair climber, or just walking up and down stairs. You can looking to spot training. It's not so good for losing weight in just one spot, but it's great for toning and FIRMING (yippy)

In addition make sure you are getting enough water. If you don't it will cause your skin to sag

If nothing else works and you really want to fix it you can get the help of a plastic surgeon, they can do fanny implants, or just a cut to firm things up.

You should be proud of your body, and try to flatter you fanny as much as possible. It's amazing how much more attractive you'll find you tushy if you just dress it up a little. Try different cut jeans, pants and skirts, and get the ones the look best from behind.

Instead of hiding it, why not try to tone it up and do something about it? It might just be that all your weight is getting stored in your butt and hips. I would try some good squats and other exercises to minimize it.

If you want to hide it, try avoiding to wear white or any light colored pant, darker colors and vertical lines are slimming.

do exercises to firm it up, .like lunges, leg lifts and squats. there is nothing wrong with a big booty! I HAVE ONE but mine is super firm from playing hockey and working out! DON'T hide it just make it firm! it doesn't take to long either. Run steps everyday that also helps!
