Most schools - high school, college, tech, have placement departments for current and graduated students. That should be your first stop. Ask for help in learning to prepare a resume and fill out job applications. Your resume is a truthful ad written to sell yourself to the employer by focusing on your value to their company. Since you have no experience emphasize your education, any awards you have earned, any leadership experience you have. Ask about entry level telcom jobs. Ask what further training you may need to qualify you for what you want to do.
Do a net search of telcom companies in your area and contact the personnel departments. See if someone will talk with you about the types of jobs there and what qualifications they look for.
While you are searching find the major online publications in that industry, Read up. Learn the vocabulary, learn what companies are leaders and which are considered dirt, When I became a net administrator based in my knowledge of the site subject what I knew of Internet technology would have fit in a 4 oz cup with room left over for 5 oz of water. Infoworld Magazine and a few web sites had a few things I could comprehend and I learned from them. It was an amazing day when I realized I actually understood most of an article. After a while I realized I was understanding most of most of the articles and getting the inside industry jokes. At this point I have a fairly decent knowledge of the technical side too. You can learn the same ways.
Visit employment agencies in your area including the state labor dept (or it's equivalent where you are), private employment agencies, and temp help services. See what they can offer you that is in any way related to the field you want.
Get a job any job doing anything. Seriously not just because it takes money to live but because people who are employed have a far better chance of getting another job. If you were the boss which would you rather hire someone that another company thought was a good prospect and was investing in or someone who either no one else wanted or who hadn't bothered to try? Whatever job you get do a good job. Be on time or a bit early, do what is asked of you, be available for a little extra responsibility, pay attention to the way ppl dress there and dress appropriately, be dependable every day. Even if it is washing parking lots behind a garbage dump which it probably won't be good work habits will get you good references and starting out to build those habits will help all your life. You may find you need more training for the part of telcom you want so this job may be a way of supporting yourself and earning money for courses at a technical college or grad school.
If you are not opposed to military service that is one way to get more training and experience and get paid for it. Telcom is a specialty area that may be available. Be aware that these days anyone in the military will probably see combat more than once so take that into consideration.

my friend from your explanation it seems to me you have very poor ability to concentrate and thus all the problems you might be suffereing from hormonal disorders. remember hormones play major role in ones life it can make them winners or losers just by a little variation for eg: even love is a feeling due to strong release of hormones so is hatred and other feelings. go see an endocrionlogist and a neurologist (and a psychiatrist only if required) get your hormones tested and mri scan of you brain any way the doctor will suggest that. remember our bodies made up of chemical any increase or decrease in it can cause miracle or lead to disasters And in the mean time try to pick a small job no matter how small the pay is just work for a while until you get treatment things will be alright over a period of time coming to girls and love life: girls come and girls go thats how girls are, just see them as passing clouds. When you are healthy, confident and focussed you will see many approaching you... its real trust me
