Okay, what you need to do to see results in how your clothes fit you is simply this. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, so no matter what the scale says, the only thing you need to do is build muscle. It will burn fat..which in result, makes you a lot healthier.
What I did was cut meat out of my diet & lifestyle. Vegetarian foods are loaded with proteins, low calories, low fat and low carbs. But if you can not do that, limit what you put inside your body and work out atleast 30minutes, ONE hour before you eat breakfast. This will rev up your metabolism and help burn that unwanted fat...making muscle... because you do not want to lose all of that weight and have a ton of loose skin. I personally think that's a little ugly. ;) I found THE BEAN and some risistance bands (both you can get from Wal-Mart totally about $70 USD with Tax) are the best for toning up the muscle and some cardio will help boosting your heartrate.
Make a food journal... Write down what you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. =) ALWAYS read the labels of food you consume. Limit fast food. Drink atleast 8 cups of water a day.. It helps flush your system of toxins...and stuff.
It is proven that people who eat smaller meals a lot through the day, burn fat and calories. Here is what you need to do...
After you work out, wait one hour and then eat a low calorie breakfast (that is less that 250 calories).
2 hours later, have a low calorie snack with water.
2 hours later, have lunch. It needs to be 300 calories or less... and make sure you don't have a lot of sugars..so stick to fruits, vegetables and whole wheat. ;)
2 hours later, have another snack... again, let it be under 100 calories.
2 hours later, have dinner. It needs to be under 450 calories.
With this, you will lose weight and look and feel great. It works for me and I am confident it will work for you. Good luck on your journey to a newer and healthier you. <3

You need to evaluate what and how much and when your eating and cut out the crap and the junk food. Cut your portions down and don't eat any later than like 6pm. Start working out, 20 minutes of cardio like walking or biking a day and I would start lifting some weights because muscle burns fat faster. Once you get into a healthy regimen add more time to you cardio and more weight to your lifting! You should start to see improvements in a couple weeks!!! Dont take "diet pills" they're just short term and you usually gain all the weight back plus more! Just stick to a healthy life style and things should change. I would suggest talking to your Dr about a healthy change and a new way of eating. Also get some books about the subject so you know what to do and what to expect! GOOD LUCK, its not easy but if you stick to it you should be fine!

I can honestly tell you crash diets do NOT work. Drink lots of water as that helps in the fat-burning process. Don't stock up on fruit because too much can also make you fat - they are loaded with sugar. There is no "fast" way to lose weight, just as you do not gain 40 kg from eating a cheesy pizza the day before.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

don't become fanatical, or else you'll lose interest! allow yourself treats and lazy days, but improve your overall lifestyle through diet and exercise.
personally, i've purchased a home gym as i want to save money on gym fees and have the comfort of working out at home in my pj's and slippers, rather than getting dressed, driving to the gym, finding a park, getting undressed etc. too much time wasted. i've also been cycling rather than walking, i do this with my best mate along the beach, so it's a social thing and getting fit at the same time.
food wise, if you're going down the pub, order grilled fish and salad insyead of bangers and mash!! you see, you can still LIVE!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas
