I have one note of 5 million Turkey lira, am wondering how much its worth in dollars

Absolutely nothing. The old lira notes are not a legal note anymore.

There are no more million Lira notes. They are changed to new Turkish Lira.
1 YTL = 1,000,000 TL = 0.54 Euros = 0.716 USD
TL notes were valid until the beginning of 2006. So it is no more valid.

it doesnt worth anything and it is not used anymore.
