I am living in a war-affected country. I am smart enough (ppl say) have done my master degree and what i look for is a simple, peaceful life.

I'm sure some girl in your country feels the same way. Just try to look for a person that you will love and cherish. Strife brings people together... don't worry bout the war... remember that love conquers all.

If you happen to find a (good) girl she should have other reasons as well to marry you.
My antithesis is you only get bad girls and marry them, good uns get creepier people , or dont get married bcoz bad gals do thier job sooner and better.

Yes you can because I did find a husband. I believe that he was given to me by God. When I was 17 years old I remember praying about it. I said in my prayer that ,who ever you will give me Lord I will accep.. I trusted in God to provide me a husband. I did not look for him but God sent Him to me. I am a filipino and my husband is an american. We have the same age.I am very thankful to God for bringing my husband to me. you could not believe the story behind. It was very amazing that God brought us together in one particular place.
Everything is posibble with God. You just need to ask Him. Rememeber the Bible say, ask and it shall be given unto you. Seek and you shall find. For every one who ask recieves.
Just be patient and pray to God for guaidance that you will find the woman that is best for you. It is not about what we want but What God wants beacause he knows who is the best for us.He cares and loves you and he knows what you need.So Trust Him and be willing to accep Who ever He gives to you becasue that is the best thing you can do.

Well it sounds like you are looking for a slave rather then a wife. Since in the country that you are from you probably treat women like dog - doo. A women has to be compatible first and love you first for her to want to marry you. That is how love works.

for sure, just get out and date, and if you want to get married even better, so many men these days are scared of marriage and committment, it drives the girls away , so I think you gotta good headstart by wanting marriage
