I am personally tired of Nascar throwing debris cautions without showing them on the network for us home viewers. It should be a rule between the network and Nascar to show any result of a caution. Otherwise people are going to think this is the www of nascar. Did it help J. Johnson yes but it also helped alot of other drivers. I am not a J. Johnson basher all I want is a fair race finish- so what if it is not as exciting let the drivers race the way it should be. If there truly was a caution for debris show it so we know.
And Las Vegas race with the pitt official helping J. Johnson--I have seen it before with alot of other drivers so whats the big deal-no rule in the book on this one. All the hype because it is Hendrick's team.

First of all, there was debris. If you ever notice in a race, the actual debris that caused the caution is only shown less then 50 percent of the time. It's hard to find. The Nascar officials are allowed to stop a rolling tire, it is for safety reasons. If the official lets the tire roll by him, how safe is that for the other cars? Jimmie Johnson could be one of the greatest racecar drivers of our time, and even the "48 haters" know this. Leave him alone, can't he just win a race in peace?

Jimmie didn't have to pay NASCAR off. Brian France determine's which driver makes him the most money and more than likely thats who will win. If they're too far back...they call a debris caution to get them further to the front. Also they often call " Commercial Cautions" for the obvious reasons. I was at a race at Lowe's and they delayed the start of the race almost 30 Minutes because of extended TV coverage. Brian France is just in it for the money. He doesn't give a damn about fan support.

Does someone remember the other week when he was dominating as usual and one of those "debris cautions" came out. Hmmm. Sounds like a #20 fan to me. There is no way anyone can take this win away from him. I know every #20 fan is pissing and moanoing that he didn't leave him enough room. Please Stewert would have run him into wall if he felt like it. And then complained #48 caused the whole thing because he just shut the door on him. The tire incident had been addressed by Hammond that Johnson did not leave the pit box until the tire was accounted for. Plus have you ever watched a pitstop before its not the first time an official has helped to stop a tire.

Lets see the phantom debris caution was a no play on television, yet the other debris cautions they actually showed the debris, or the cleanup. I could care less about the pass that put Stewart in the wall, I want to know why a lap after Knaus told Johnson he would run out of fuel on lap 324 that the caution came out for debris that didnt exist.
If someone can answer this question please do.

I think it's mostly pure speculation that us fans like to do. I do not think that Jimmie gave Tony a lot of room but Jimmie had to win the race somehow.
I do agree that come of those debris cautions were really well...fishy as they came out just in time that some drivers needed them...and Jimmie was one of those drivers.

You must not be a Jimmie Johnson fan at all. LOL. Are you kidding? Pay off Nascar? That is ridiculos. Hendrick Motorsports is one of the best and biggest in Nascar today. They don't need to pay anyone off. I doubt that is going on. If you were a die hard nascar fan I don't think you would even asked that.

Yea, he payed off Tony Stewert so he pass his slower car and get the win. Racing is Racing Dude. Things have always happened but I was not at the race and do not know about what was on the track. I watched it but when a caution comes out I change the channel for a few minutes.

If you read Monday's USA TODAY, Jimmie Johnson is quoted as saying,
"I saw the debris, it looked like somebody brushed the wall and knocked a piece of there car off".
Nascar all stated, if a tire is rolling within an Official's reach, the official is allowed to grab it in the 'spirit' of safety.
