Sounds like she needs to stay away from sweets and sweet drinks, her body is obviously trying to tell her something!

You did not mention the age of your sister. However, I don't think that she developed allergy to sweets. Rather, she might get some temporary problems in the digestion of sugar for any reason. Sometimes, it happens to many ones due to malfunctioning of the liver for taking some 'harmful' food/ agents.

However, these sorts of indigestion problems are usually temporary. No medicine is usually required. With time, everything gets normal again. Nevertheless, if the condition deteriorates or sustains for few months, you should take your sister to some expert doctor in gastro intestinal diseases for thorough investigations.

Wish your sister's healthy and happy life.

Could be a partially blocked (dirty) colon/intestines. I had a similar issue as a teen. Just have her drink several bottles of water and stay away from the sweets, soda included. Could be gastrointestinal blockage or irritable bowel syndrome.

Sounds like you sis may be intolerant to glucose or simple sugars. Try suggesting artificial sweetener to see if the problem resolves.

it could be inflammatory bowel syndrome, also get checked out for glucose/lactose intolerance, also gluten allergies.
