OK...im going to be having pizza tonight...

Is it healtier to make my own using a pita bread (instead as the base) with the following topping, as apposed to just ordering a normal supreme pizza from the pizza shop?

{Pita Bread: Tomato base sauce, ham, salami, onoin, olives, capsicum and cheese}

Will there be much difference fattening wise...(trying not to eat much carbs)

I'm not sure. They might be the same. They advantage you have with making your own pizza, is that you monitor every step. If your pizza begins to look unhealthy, then remove some cheese or grease, or whatever. Ordered pizza is generally covered in grease, but delicious.

to me don't order pizza out u dont kno what they put in the pizza and it contains alot of carbs. If u wont low carbs, stay on the safe side and make ur own cause u kno what you are putting and how much fat in your pizza GOOD LUCK.
