find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

Sorry but You can lose weight on a specific spot. Your body is set up so that your adipose cells(fat cells) don't degenerate or multiply, they only increase in size. An effect from this is that your body will lose adipose cell mass in an equal matter throughout your body. So if you were to lose 20 lbs, you'd lose a little on your thigh, a little on your tummy, a little on your glutes, etc. Not 20lbs from your thighs because you "worked" your thighs out the most.

Plus crash diets are well.... horrible. You may lose weight but more often then not, you gain it all back, plus maybe a little more because of the stress. Your only best bet and final solution would be to maintain a healthy diet and exercize atlest 5 days a week to lose weight at a constant rate (1-2lbs/week is ideal) and maintain that healthy lifestyle to keep it off.

Yes...yet you must include 4-5 1 hour sessions of cardio a week to burn the fat off...remember to lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume...spot reducing is impossible .. the body loses weight as a whole unit..

Nope.
A crash diet only loses the muscles in your body, so it doesn't lose the fat. You'd be totally weak, and I don't think your thighs would lose the fat.
It won't do you any good, trust me.

no. Nothing will make it go away quick, esp. a crash diet which will make it worse in the long run.
