Sorry yet you could drop some weight on a particular spot. Your physique is desperate up so as that your adipose cells(fat cells) do no longer degenerate or multiply, they only develop in length. An effect from it incredibly is that your physique will lose adipose cellular mass in an equivalent rely in the process your physique. So in case you have been to lose 20 lbs, you will lose a sprint on your thigh, a sprint on your tummy, a sprint on your glutes, etc. no longer 20lbs out of your thighs on account which you "worked" your thighs out the main. Plus crash diets are nicely.... terrible. you're able to drop some weight yet greater many times then no longer, you benefit all of it back, plus possibly a sprint greater because of the rigidity. Your in basic terms ultimate guess and extremely final answer may be to maintain a healthful weight loss application and exercize atlest 5 days a week to drop some weight at a persevering with cost (a million-2lbs/week is right) and preserve that healthful existence type to maintain it off.

Crash can mean a lot of things. Men typically can reshape their bodies more quickly then women but anyone can benefit form a healthier lifestyle and eating habits.
Try looking into your diet first, this is your overall eating plan, then examine your excercise habits.
Your diet can help as much as 80% in reshaping you but it takes time and commitment.
Dropping weight fast with drugs or unhealthy dietary habits is bad for your health. Making long term healthy changes is better.
I lost 50 lbs last year in less than four months. I went from a size 38" to size 32" waste and it took no time at all but it took work and commitment to diet and excercise.
Start with a goal and get to work.

u might lose a little bit of weight, but you are most likely to gain what u had BACK and then some with a crash diet. your best bet, would be to go to jenny craig or weigh watchers and talk to a nutritionist, who can tell you what the best diet for your body would be. i'd say eat healthy, avoid junkfood, and do lots of exercise. jogging is good for thighs. crash dieting is NOT a healthy way to lose weight. depriving your body of food and nutrients is never a good thing to do.

diet will work as you lose water in your fat cells around your thigh. the diet will appear to work but after two weeks your body will react by believing you are starving and hence accumulate more fat. so you will increase in weight again. also your leptin level will increase and unless emotionally prepared you will fall back in eating more. U need to have a sense of satisfaction and gratitude in your life and then attacked your weight problem ..if it is a problem. . moderate exercise, stress management/counselling and proper diet will work together . . . be cautious about food that can cause allergic reactions...drink green tea and grapefruit a lot.

It's not good to go on a crash diet. Your body actually will go in starvation mode where it stores the fat. Your best bet is exercise and aim to lose a pound or two a week. That is the healthiest way for your body and heart.

I think it depends on how your body stores fat. But I read a healthy diet of calories for a woman is 1500-2100 per day. Count your calorie intake and cut it daily by 250-500. Always eat breakfast though because it will start your metabolism in the morning, even if it is just a piece of fruit. If you want to speed things up, exercising and doing alot of toning and muscle oriented leg routines will help.

No, not at all. You will loose that weight by running or any cardio and a sensible low carb high protein diet. A crash diet??? Never works and especially not for thighs!
