Wow what an odd question..well it depends where you are...if you are in a club, mall, store, bar....etc.. you could look at him and make eye contact then give a smile and look away....or maybe blow him a kiss, letting him know that hes got your full attention.. or you could just walk up and sweetly say hi and see what ends with it. but if you are in a bar, watch what he is drinking and order him a drink..works every time

Eye contact is a good sign. If you make eye contact, then look away, and look up again and they're looking at you, it's on. Or take it up a notch and approach them with a random statement to start a conversation, like "do you believe in magic?" The latter takes some stones, but you only live once.

Smile alot, laugh louder while your around them, always look them in the eye and touch like their arm or something.
Guys will usually play rough, like tackle or something or chase a girl,
while the girls use the top technique, hope this helps!

you show interest in them. listen to the closely. ask them questions about their interests and their background. the big thing is listening.
