Because the individual wants "attention".
Another thing for Yahoo Suggestions... Prevent people from asking the same questions over and over.
If I see one more question about how to lose weight FAST I'm gonna scream I swear.

I guess they are simply lazy or like the diverse feedback they receive from folks who have some experience in the area in question.
It can save time in some cases if you find an expert in your area.
It's a mystery of Yahoo Answers.

Two reasons. 1 their lazy and 2 they don't know how to spell what they are looking for.
