well, for a true love only saying these 3 words are not enough. if u do really love him, this love can be felt from ur all actions, as ur attitudes and actions towards him may speak louder than ur words. and if he also have same feelings towards you then he surely can read these words in ur lovely eyes. even if he does not have such feelings now, ur feelings that manifest in ur actions may result to develop such feelings in his mind. as love creats love. wish u all the best.

Hmm...write them down in a letter. Joking. I dunno...don't actions speak louder than words anyway. If you love him and show in your actions that you love him i.e. hugs and kisses and the looks you give him...i think he will probably know you do without you saying it.

do something really special for him. like..if he likes wrestling take him to an awesome wrestling match..or plan a special date..or make him dinner including only his favorite foods..something like that..but make sure to incorporate his favorites only to make the special night perfect!
