Leg extensions, leg curls,squats if your careful or hack squats or leg presses.
Leg Extensions are the best for isolating your quadriceps,but balance them out with leg curls for your hamstrings.

Deadlifts....start with dumbells, then with progression move to barbell....get an instructor to show you proper form...
