im on court supervision in illinois...i am on it for a no insurance ticket..i just received a speeding ticket..i have insurance now..but i was hoping someone would honestly tell me what will happen please?

Nothing will happen... seriously, the only thing they are looking for is if you drive with no insurance or with no drivers license...

if you get convicted for the speeding both tickets will go on your driving record. If you are not convicted on the speeding the insurance ticket will appear on your record then you may have to get SR 22 insurance. You are not supposed to get any tickets while on supervision

Well jennifer, I'm going to do you a favor. My father is an attorney in Illinois (Moline), and I told him you're gonna give him a call tomorrow (tuesday) at his office. He'll give you free advice and explain the likely procedure. I've been in the same situation but I don't remember what happened. The number is 309.762.0736, and his name is Dennis DePorter. You just got a ticket your not going to go to jail! Get a lawyer, it might cost you 2 or 3 hundred but they will best handle the situation.

Present your insurance for any violation that you have.
