if you look at an hour glass, you will see why the victorian figure was considered hour glass like, they did their best to restrict their waistlines to 15 inches with a corset, and if their hips and bust wasnt big enough they padded them well, no one these days has an hour glass figure except for the strange women who are into the corset thing, they happen to dig pain. i dont,

yup i'd call that hour-glass. however your dimensions scream tall and slim with a heavy bust, rather then voluptuous. i'm thinking you look more like Paris Hilton with breasts rather then Marilyn Monroe. hope this helps.
