there's this girl, she's a goddess.
it's like, almost every guy (not to say every single one) is after her. each guy puts the world at her feet.
first problem: i don't know her (well she studies at the university i work, so she has seen me around)
second issue: i don't have all the money the other guys have (everyone says that she's the nicest person, so money won't be a problem, but 2 get in the game with her)
and third: i'm a shy guy, and i'm the worst when it cames to flirt
HELPPPP!!!
how can i become less shy, how can i to talk to her.

You have to get to know her as a friend..she is probably sick of guys chatting her up constantly and they are not interested in her as a person...find out her interests and impress her with your knowledge....Good luck.

Dude, the shy thing has to be put on the backburner. This is the prize, if you will, so you have to go after the prize. Take this from a shy person. Nothing is gonna happen if you don't say something. It's like that Mariah Carey song, "If it's worth your while, then say something say something." Find out what she likes and take interest in it honestly. Every female says they want a guy that can make her laugh, so work on the sense of humor. Don't do what all the other guys do because if all the guys are on her like you said, she has heard a lot of nonsense. If she has a brain in her head, she will appreciate an honest approach. Just be prepared if she says no. It is a real possibility. There are only 2 possibilities you know, yes or no. Good luck yo!

First thing is first: Don't put her on a pedestal. OK she's fine leave it at that. Don't approach her with some lame line that you got of a book or something. And try to offer a friendship first (don't wanna come on too strong). And if everything goes well the flirting will come naturally. Can't be prepared for every thing.

Something is wrong here. Why do you want to FLIRT with her? :) Do you think that's a good thing?
I thought you said, you were "crazy in love" with this person?
Why don't you treat her well? Is it too hard for you to act natural? You said, you're shy. So what? I am shy too and girls who walk away from that, are BAD and EVIL. It is because, they do not understand me (you alike!!). Being shy is sweet. Some girls would like it, but too much. When you talk and your voice shivers because, you're too shy, would cause a problem. So, try to control the nervousness. Shyness is different, altogether!
Another point for you, my friend. If it is meant to be with this "hot" girl, it is meant to be. Do not compare yourself with the other guys, as they're sooooo very into her. She will play with those guys and dump her, one day, because she knows, she's flirting, but your feelings are "true".......
Convey your feelings in a natural way. Think of it this way; you're about to meet a stranger whom you weren't even interested in. Be calm and good things come to those who wait :)
Just don't treat this or her like a game, like the other guys (flirts???) .
Don't flirt with her :)

Just go to the girl and tell her you like her and that you had been shy to come over and talk with her. Just because you don't have any money that don't mean that you can't take her out and have fun. Just find something that is free like a picnic are going to church.

#1 you should never be shy to girls! That gives them the clue that you are obsessed with them.
#2 You should bump into her "on accedent" and let her know that you are not a freak that likes her.

Ask her to lunch. all she can do is say yes or no. If you don't ask, you will never know. People who don't take chances always lose the opportunity.

If you pass her ask her a stupid question that you already know the answer to "like wheres this place" or something. Work up the confidence to go say "thanks" next time u see her for showing you the thing or whatever you decide to ask her. Then ask her out or to lunch even, if she turns you down it happens, atleast you tried.
