seriously, i am 23/male and when i tell someone(guy or girl) i am just looking to loose my virginity to "see what it feels like" they say the follwing 4 words, "I don't believe you" I thought someone could tell by looking at you or i guess that is just a myth. I also don't feel like i need to get married to do this. Any inputs? I mean i could call an escort service?! people say, o just go to the bar, but really it's not as easy as it sounds. i am a very confident and go up and talk to every randon person i see and am ok looking guy and still nothing. I guess some people say you have to date someone for a while, but what happend to the famous one night stand? or is that more a myth than fact?

Maybe you don't come across as a one night stand kind of guy.
If you do hit the bars, you're bound to find a fling sooner or later, but honestly, you'd be way happier in the long run if you did this with someone who meant something. It's a memory that will last a lifetime, shouldn't you at least remember her name?
Find a woman you find intellectually appealing as well as sexually, and date for a bit. It won't take that long if you have an ounce of charm.
BTW, from what I've heard, 23 isn't actually all that old for guys to be a virgin. Young men often exaggerate their experience you know ;)

To begin with the myth that you speak of, "the one night stand," most often is a pick-up from some bar and if you were sober you most likely wouldn't want it from the person that you just got it from.
Sex is great, none of us would be here if it wasn't for sex. Along with that some of us wouldn't have AIDS if it wasn't for sex.
I know that I will get a lot of guys and some ladies that aren't going to like what I have to say next; THE GREATEST GIFT a man or woman can give their new spouse is to have never done it with anyone else. This way the is no comparison, and learning together is wonderful, but a much more important thing is that you aren't going to give each other something that some one gave to you before, a lot of woman have cancer today because a unsuspecting man gave her a virus.
To He** with all of your friends if they think that you need to have sex with some one that you don't even care about. For you sex is a sweet dream,........keep your dream intact

well ams till telling u those four letter words,because it doesnt sound true for the fact u know what one -night stand then u are exposed to sex already so is not like u are 23 with a 12 year old brain so i dont know whats wrong unless u are noting visiting the rite places

Dont take the easy route by hiring a sex worker. I suggest that you rather not concentrate on the losing your virginity for now.. rather concentrate on finding someone who you will love & receive honest love from. When you & her are both ready, everything will fall into place naturally & you will wonder why you were fretting in the first place!

Why would you want a one night stand? There are so many diseases out there. It isn't worth it to take that chance. Sex is something that should occur within a loving and caring relationship. I feel that without the love and emotion there that the sex isn't as fullfilling as you would hope. What happened to liking a girl/guy, getting to know them, and dating them?

go out to a bar or somewhere and when/if someone asks, tell a white lie. say you've had just one person. make up a sad story like you were in a relationship for 5 years and you just broke up and you need to be cheered up! idk, you'll find someone! one night stands still happen, and usually alcohol is involved!
