He thinks it is funny when he provides "strenuous" sound effects, and does things such (1) as saying, "oops…missed," while syringing water out around the bowl and under the walls into other stalls, (2) filling up a large flask with Mountain Dew. Squirt it erratically under the stall walls of his neighbors while yelling, "Whoa! Easy boy!" (3)Lower a small mirror underneath the stall wall, adjust it so you can see your neighbor and say, "Peek-a-boo!", (4) Run in yelling "Free Willy" and (5) Pretend to fall in (with appropriate sound effects).

Is there anything I should do or should I just let him have his fun?

Maybe if you did it back to him, he would realize it's not that funny. Personally I think he needs a dose of his own medicine! Just don't let him know it's you or it will defeat the purpose.

That is not considered fun, because it is rude and disgusting behavior. You should absolutely do something to change his behavior. Whether confronting him is the answer, I don't know. Where are your parents? If you're not the guardian, talk to whomever is, and see what they think. Maybe he would understand a "stern talking to", or he may need punishment. That is something I can't tell you. But, I can tell you that this kind of behavior is not acceptable. Invading individuals privacy, vandalizing, and some could be considered sexual harassment. Not to mention all the nasty stuff he's touching throughout these charades. Come on, that is not normal.

I say let him have his fun, one day soon, someone will comment on his actions and he will feel soo stupid. He would probably stop right then and there. If he is young, it's okay, but if he is older 9+, try having an aldult go in with him for a while, what he is doing is completly inappropriate.

I think that he is really funny, but I would be so embarrassed if I was with him. I would be upset If he squirted crap on me if I was in a rest room and he led me to believe it was urine. He may get himself beat up and that would stop it, until then, just let him have his fun, and stay away from him when he goes to the rest room, or you could end up in a fight, trying to save his butt.

Sounds like a child with a dose of High School humor. If you're worried about how he acts keep your distance from him.

I think that you should sit down and have a talk with him and tell him if he doesn't stop what he is doing that you will tell your parents.Or you could tell him that that is not very mannerable behavior to act like this in all public places. I hope that this works.
