Watch Children's shows like teletubbies and Sesame street to learn basic vocabulary. Its how we teach children to speak. After that watch movies in english with subtitles and try to find people who speak english to talk and type to. If you don't know a word look it up with a translator program or an english-your language dictionary. But the best way to learn a language is to use it as your primary language on a daily basis, such as in a home-exchange. My Korean Exchange student has Improved Alot in 2 months.

Please DON'T try to teach English until you've learned it.
Long time teach, maybe so.
Short time teach, Oh, no, Joe!
If you want it exact, leave to a pro.
You teach from what little you know,
