Young women do.. But the more mature women are looking for a guy who is beautiful not just superficially but internally. Most women look for the inside qualities of a man. They prefer men who are beautiful inside and outside.

Just as a lot of people have said, it depends on how old he is, and how young he looks. No one wants to feel as if they are dating a child, unless they're a perv. So if you just have a baby face but are obviously a man, you're good to go. A little bit of cute-ness is actually sexy.

All women r not same, some of like young face but don't consider his age. some one consider but satisfied his young face. My opinion is positive because i have some practical experience and me is like that.
