Pioneer has been great for speakers since I can remember, you can't go wrong with those.

It is hard to beat Pioneer's quality of speaker for the price. I have trusted the Pioneer brand for a little over 15 years now for a aftermarket speaker. I have installed numerous Pioneer speakers in my rides and other peoples rides. Good speaker, hard to destroy.

why dont you just up the ante a bit? look at Pioneer Premier and Kenwood Excelon. and if were talking about those 2 the Excelons will sound better, but the Premiers will go lower. personally i dont think you can go wrong with either. just get out of Best Buy and look around at private shops to get better stuff.

good luck
