In Korean:
Thank you= komapsupnida/kamsahapnida (thank you very much = chongmal kamsahapnida')
Excuse me= sillyehapnida
Sorry= joesonghapnida/mianhapnida
In Mandarin:
Thank you= xie xie (thank you very much= fei chang xie xie)
Sorry= bao qian/ dui bu qi
For 'excuse me' in Mandarin, terms that mean 'sorry' generally apply in situations where you have caused/are about to cause some inconvenience. Alternatively, 'qing wen...' applies to situations in which you need to inquire about something and 'qing jie guo' can be used when someone is blocking your way.
In Japanese:
Thank you= arigato (thank you very much= arigato gozaimasu)
