Looking for a cheap , decent accomodations in the tourist areas of Ho Chi Minh City , Vietnam ........ Bangkok , Thailand ..................... and Ubud , Bali.
Nothing too fancy .............. just 4 walls , soft bed and some A/C would be nice too :)
Also any information on good markets for shopping and any bartering tips for tourists to get a good deal from the locals.

Well, I site I could recommend is asiarooms.com. I have had a good experience with them, though only once. But things did go well as I was able to get a good room at a discounted price. Even the booking process was easy.
You can even get local information from their online travel guide. I did used it a lot during my stay in bangkok.
