If you like this girl, be nice to her, but not TOO NICE. Try to be nonchalant, and offer her time, but don't wait for and answer. Just ask and go, maybe give a sceen name, or somewhere you hang around.
Try not to by fake. Give her a unique compliment. By fake, if she is having a bad hair day, don't compliment her hair. Be sincere. Make your compliments unique and not fake. Like telling her about her freckles. Or about her laugh. Don't try to make too much small talk that it leads into conversation.
Make her curiosity get the better of her. After you talk to her, compliment, give her somewhere to meet, chat, or dance, ect. she will either, show up, or not. If she does Hey you got her attention. If not eh, you can get another. This works good as a first move. Don't underestimate leaving early...they chase the smooth confident ones that they don't know alot about.

Use your social circle and find a girl that you can be friends with and if you are attracted to her moreso, then flirt a little with her and then see if she wants to hang out or go to a movie some time with you. Or even stop somewhere after school and get a milkshake or something. If a girl likes you, she'll even go to the library with you! Studying together can really open the door to dating later if you work it right.

Well it all depends on how your gurls are at school ? .. ive seen the quiet sweet ones, the backstabers or the " SLUTS " .. but there are some really pretty nice gurls too.. if u want a Gf at school u cant expect to always get the ebst one .. go for one more your type .. and if your an average guy.. whos lookin for an average gurl .. then look closely around you ? .. if u spot a gurl juss like you .. go start a conversation make alot of eye contact .. listen to her.. n juss keep hangning out at school not to much tho u dunt wanan annoy her unless she asks for more hangouts .. eventually if things go good your gunna plan to hang out out of school then thats when u watch a movie , go for walks i dunno things u guys like to do .. and eventually you guys are gunna end up likein each other .. and there u go .. but make shure shes the right one u wouldnt wanna go gurl to gurl .. becasue that would juss ruin your chances .. =) and compliment her all tha time, a gurl lieks to be reminded of how pretty she is !
