That is brilliant.

It's alot to do with how we use the things we have; the greatest of these is our own lives.

We should not harbour in what we think is safe, but what we can't control... put ourselves out there to be hurt, ridiculed...
for none of that matters if we are using our lives as they were meant to be used.

A ship in harbor may be safe but it's useless to be kept, because ship's are built to be used to sail in the sea not just to be placed in harbor.

To me it means that if you live you're life always playing it safe you will not ever get anywhere, but if you take risks sometimes you could get far.

if you're asking a meaning i think it means....
you're safe at home but its not where you were meant to stay forever.

i dont like it...its kind of like...DUH! but thats just me..im probably not even right about what it means.
