Does anyone know where I can get Exploder Wonka Bars anywhere besides Disney?

My fiancee says you can only get them at Disney, is this true? Does anyone even know what the heck those are, I don't.

I know where they have some. I dunno where you live, but overhere in San Diego, there is a coffee shop in a little seaport village where they sell those chocolate bars.
