Ask her what she wants. Keep in mind that she may have had these feelings before her period and they are just being expressing them more aggressively right now. Don't act like it is just a PMS thing, but really listen to her and tell her if she needs anything or needs comfort that you are there for her, but if she needs some alone time that that is okay too.I would also make sure that this is not an every-month-my-girlfriend-is going-to-hate-me type thing as well. No one needs to deal with that.

Dude shes on the rag !!!. That means you call it a day. Women are weird during that time of the month. (well they are weird all the time) But more so during this time of the month. There is nothing you can do. If you stay with her and keep her company then the more likely she'll just not want to be near you. Stay away !!!! then go back after she's done her time of the month.

She probably just doesn't feel well. If you didn't do anything , then don't apologize. Ask her if she wants to stay in, go out, or be left alone to rest. She may say she wants to be alone, but that doesn't mean she doesn't want to be with you. Sometimes people get horrible cramps and just need to lie down in a quiet room. Don't take it personally, Hon.

She just has the crabbies. Her hormones are buggin' out. Some months chicks will be fine, others they're raving loonies. Ask my husband about last week and my horrible tantrum. Give her room to chill out, but suggest you guys go hang out. If she says no your good. Cuz at least you still tried to pamper her. If after the crabbies she's still actin' up.....then it may be time to move on.

Give her chocolate. Man, I don't know how the delicate way to talk to her is. When its that time for me, I am like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. But I try not to take it out on my husband. We honestly can't help some of it! But just try not to provoke her, no deep conversations...etc. Its all hormones. Wait til the time is over, then talk to her about it. Tell her you know she feels crappy but its no excuse to be so mean to you. Tell her if she feels that bad on some days to not see you if she's crabby. Heck, tell her to call you when she takes her Midol.

Comfort her and give her the things throughout the time that will make her feel at ease. Most girls that are on their period have things that make them at least feel better while this time is passing. Do what it takes to make her happy, it will be better for you in the long run as she will remember these things.

Hahahaha, she'll be over it in less than a week. Don't worry about it- just be yourself and be normal- dont act any different. You have no idea how much it sucks to be on your period :P

She is getting the blues. Just leave her some time alone and call her later in the evenings. She just might want to spend some time alone and it is one of those days.

Yes, she may just want you to go away for a while and doesn't want to say it out right. Give her some space. She'll call you when she wants you to hang out with her. You might be smothering her.

Keep her company. She's on her period. Regardless of what women say, every guy knows that a girl is ******* pissed at everything on her period.
