I have a kenwood 911kvt head unit. why can't i see the screen well when it is daylight out.?what can i do

Get your windows tinted. Try changing the angle of the screen.

Get into the screen settings and adjust the brightness and contrast.

Thats it really.

Your unit may be connected wrong. Some units have a dimmer function. A wire at the back of the unit that is supposed to connect to the light switch so your unit dims when you turn your lights on. Your wire may be connected to permanent 12volts leaving it constantly dimmed. Check you users manual and your wiring.
